How It Works

Introducing KeepTheHeat™ - an air to air heat exchanger designed for industrial and commercial facilities that NEED fresh air ventilation in a highly energy efficient manner.

This system works by forcing clean, fresh air at 1,500 CFM into a system of corrugated tubing, which runs along the ceiling and down walls (or pillars) to the floor level.

As the incoming fresh air flows into the building (through the corrugated tubes), an exhaust fan pulls internal stagnant, contaminated air into the ventilation duct, which is then exhausted outside of the building.

As the contaminated air leaves, it travels through the ventilation duct, warming the corrugated tubing, thus warming the incoming fresh air. This is how the KeepTheHeat™ system works as a heat exchanger, by using the heat that is already present inside of your facility - giving it the ability to recycle heat.
